Smaller UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class or Hermes delivery service. Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout. Larger orders are sent via courier. Unless we state otherwise we aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 days. Made to Order products will take longer. In these cases we will be in touch with an expected dispatch date.

International orders are sent either via Royal Mail or Courier. Delivery times may vary depending on the country. Please allow 14 days for delivery. For delivery outside the EU please contact the studio for a quote.
Any custom charges incurred are solely the customers responsibility. Please check relevant customs, tax and duty for your selected country before placing an order. By placing an international order you are agreeing to this policy.
We hope you are delighted with your purchase but should you not be happy we accept returns in their original packaging, unused, within 14 days. Please get in touch if you would like a refund before posting goods back to us. If returning goods please retain proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit without proof of delivery. Please ensure you have the relevant insurance for your delivery. Once received we will process a refund minus the delivery cost.
We cannot accept fabric returns once fabric has been cut. Please check all fabric before you cut. Bespoke items are non refundable unless damaged or faulty. Please refer to our Faulty Goods policy in our T&Cs.
