Which delivery service do you use?
We use Royal Mail or Hermes wherever possible. For larger items we use courier service. Please see our Delivery page for more information.
Return and refund policy?
We accept returns on unused products in their original packaging within 14 days. Please take a look at our Delivery page for further details.
Can I have a fabric sample before ordering?
You can order a your required fabric swatch via our online Shop. We would always recommend seeing a swatch in person before placing a fabric order with us as colours on screen can vary.
I'm an interior designer, how do I get in touch?
We love hearing about exciting new interior projects. To get in touch please email Katy on firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively take a look at our Trade page where you can fill in an online application form.
Do you offer bespoke designs?
We do offer a bespoke service and custom colours on some of our products. Please get in touch via our Contact with your specifications.
Where are your products made?
All Fison Zair designs are produced in Katy's garden studio in Sheffield. All our products are made in the UK. We take great care to ensure all our products are manufactured to the highest standards. We like to support other local traders wherever possible.
How should I look after my purchase?
In order to get the best out of your Fison Zair product each product comes with it's own care instructions.
Can I visit your studio?
Our studio isn't open to the public unfortunately. However we occassionally hold small workshops for a limited number of people in the studio. Keep an eye out on our Journal page for upcoming events.
